Industry veteran brings 25+ years of investment management experience to the organization

With a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years, Richter brings a wide range of expertise in asset allocation, alternative investments and portfolio management across various market cycles.

Throughout his career, Richter has demonstrated a strong ability for navigating complex investment landscapes. He has co-managed over $1.0 billion in equities, specializing in sectors such as energy, healthcare and consumer companies. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in constructing diversified alternative investment platforms, advising on asset allocation and guiding public pension funds as an exemplary trustee.

Mr. Richter holds an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. Additionally, he has been a noted voice within financial media and is a trustee and investment expert for a major Ohio public pension system.
